db2,3 - pushback on hit and block reduced. easier to do combos now but also to be punished heavily on block.
db3 - pushback on hit reduced, so that the following 4 can always hit even on counterhit.
b2,3 - the second hit is now homing, it full tracks if the first one misses. same applies with b2,4.
b2,3,3 - the last hit launches on CH now, but becomes -16 on block. damage reduced since the main combo routes are stronger and more viable.
b3 f- more damage
u4 into 3 - becomes a more reliable launcher, since the 1 from negativa recovers one frame faster on hit and allows to connect b2,4 for a stronger combo.
b2,4 - reduced recovery on hit, so that combos now are a little bit more reliable. now -3 on block but still high.
UB3- Made faster

uf3+4 - becomes a screw launcher, a nice whiff punishing tool even tho the damage is reduced a lot. -13 on block now.
ws4 - buffed the tracking properties of the move, it randomly whiffed sometimes lol.
ub1 - MEME BUFF LOL. CHECK FOR YOURSELVES.
FC db4 - CH reaction changed, becomes a wall bounce on CH.
HANDSTAND F1 - BUFFED THE SPEED OF THE MOVE.
HANDSTAND B3 - you cannot float it anymore on block.
NEGATIVA NOW EASIER TO EXECUTE, 20 FRAMES STARTUP INSTEAD OF 22.
